LIMINAL SPACE is our next 2022 Year of Beer release! This classic German-style lager is a big, malty beer that is traditionally brewed to celebrate spring (the name quite literally means "may bock," as in a "bock for the month of May." Bocks are "bigger" German lagers that are higher alcohol than other styles.)
APPEARANCE: Gorgeous rich gold, with a tight white cap of foam
AROMA: Grainy sweetness, subtle honey, slight herbal hops
FLAVOURS: Fresh bread, honey on toast, maple candy
FINISH: Extremely dry and clean, nothing lingers
KEY STATS: 100% German Pilsner Malt, Hallertau Tradition hops, German lager yeast
